Indiana Wing Advanced Training School

Camp Atterbury Joint Maneuvering Training Center

Edinburg, IN

Indiana Wing Advanced Training School (ATS) is held during encampment at Camp Atterbury during the month of July. Please check back here for details concerning the next Indiana Wing ATS program.

The tasks for ATS members are to master fundamental skills of drill and ceremonies, uniform wear, customs and courtesies, military bearing, and billet preparation. ATS members will receive in-depth leadership training as the focus of their preparation. They will become masters of encampment tasks and will be fully trained for an encampment staff position next year. The goal of the ATS is to train cadets to serve successfully in encampment cadet staff positions at future encampments. Additionally, it is another opportunity for leadership development that will improve their squadrons.

ATS Cadets who successfully graduate from ATS are strongly encouraged to not only apply for ATS staff the following year, but for encampment staff as well.
